GreenLiving offers 30 days return policy. To be eligible for a return, your return products must be in their original packaging and unused.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and related expense.
1. Please contact us through the contact us page, or email us at help@greenliving.com . Please include your order number and let our Greenliving team know about the issue and why you would like to return your product.
2. Upon receipt of your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
3. Pack your items carefully and return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service 15 days from the date of delivery to the address provided by our customer care representative.
4. Once we receive the returned items, you will receive a refund within 7 working days . The refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product.
