Factory Overview

Our China factory is the original production base of the Green Living group, established in 1988. For over three decades, this facility has been manufacturing wood and MDF products — from household goods and hangers in the early years to today's specialized pet furniture production. That pedigree matters: our workers, our processes, and our quality culture have been refined across generations of manufacturing. Pet furniture is simply the latest — and most exciting — chapter.

Spanning over 100,000 square meters, this facility houses dedicated pet furniture production lines running alongside the group's broader manufacturing operations. As a leading pet furniture manufacturer in China, we handle every stage of pet furniture production in-house: from raw material inspection and panel cutting through to finishing, assembly, packaging, and container loading. This vertical integration — built on the group's established infrastructure — gives us complete control over quality, cost, and lead times.

Production Lines

Within our larger manufacturing complex, the pet furniture division operates specialized production lines optimized for specific product categories. This focused layout maximizes efficiency, reduces changeover time, and ensures consistent quality across all pet furniture SKUs.

Line 1: Hidden Litter Box Cabinets

Dedicated production line for hidden litter box cabinets and cat washroom furniture. Equipped with specialized jigs for door alignment, ventilation panel cutting, and interior compartment assembly.

Line 2: Dog Crate Furniture

Heavy-duty line for dog crate furniture and furniture-style dog kennels. Features reinforced panel processing, metal mesh integration, and structural testing stations.

Line 3: Pet Side Tables

Multi-functional line producing pet side tables, pet nightstands, and cat end tables. Optimized for smaller-dimension products with high SKU variety.

Line 4: Custom OEM Production

Flexible line dedicated to OEM pet furniture projects. Configured for custom dimensions, unique designs, and small-to-medium batch sizes for brand-specific products.

Quality Control Process

Quality is embedded at every stage of our production workflow. We operate a 5-stage quality control system that catches defects early, minimizes waste, and ensures that every product shipped meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Stage 1: Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)

Every batch of MDF, particle board, hardware, and finishing material is inspected upon arrival. We check moisture content (target: 6–8%), density, surface quality, and formaldehyde emission levels. Materials that don't meet spec are rejected before they enter production.

Stage 2: In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

QC inspectors patrol production lines continuously, checking cut dimensions, edge banding adhesion, hole positions, and surface finish at each workstation. Deviations are corrected immediately — not discovered later.

Stage 3: Assembly Inspection

Random samples from each batch are fully assembled to verify fit, alignment, hardware compatibility, and structural integrity. Drawer slides, hinges, and door mechanisms are tested for smooth operation.

Stage 4: Pre-Packaging Inspection (FQC)

100% visual inspection of finished products before packaging. We check for surface defects, color consistency, edge quality, and cleanliness. Each piece is wiped down and inspected under adequate lighting.

Stage 5: Pre-Shipment Inspection (OQC)

Final random audit per AQL 2.5 standard. Packaged cartons are opened, products assembled, and checked against the approved sample. Function, appearance, labeling, and packaging are all verified before the container is sealed.

Packaging Process

Our packaging operation is designed for export durability. We understand that pet furniture must survive ocean freight, customs inspection, warehouse handling, and last-mile delivery — often to the customer's doorstep.

Standard Export Packaging

  • Inner Protection: PE foam, EPE corner protectors, and plastic film wrapping for each panel
  • Carton: 5-layer corrugated cartons (K=K or K=A grade), drop-test certified
  • Palletization: Stacked on fumigated wooden pallets (ISPM 15 compliant), stretch-wrapped
  • Container Loading: Professional loading team ensures maximum space utilization with zero product damage

Retail-Ready & FBA Packaging

  • FBA-Compliant: Meets Amazon FBA packaging requirements — barcode placement, suffocation warnings, and carton weight limits
  • Retail Packaging: Full-color printed cartons with brand artwork, product photography, and assembly instructions
  • Private Label: Custom branded packaging with your logo, brand colors, and marketing messaging

Warehouse

Our China facility includes 20,000㎡ of covered warehouse space divided into three zones:

  • Raw Material Warehouse: Climate-controlled storage for MDF, particle board, hardware, and finishing supplies. First-in-first-out (FIFO) inventory management ensures material freshness.
  • Work-in-Progress Buffer: Staging area between production stages to smooth workflow and prevent bottlenecks.
  • Finished Goods Warehouse: Capacity for 50+ containers of finished products. Organized by SKU, customer, and shipment date for efficient order fulfillment.

Container Loading

Efficient container loading is critical for cost control. Our experienced loading team — with decades of export experience — optimizes every container for maximum utilization while ensuring product safety.

  • Typical loading: 300–600 units per 40HQ container (depending on product dimensions)
  • Professional loading crew with forklift and hand-stacking capability
  • Pre-loading checklist: container inspection, fumigation certificate verification, seal recording
  • Loading photos and packing list provided to clients before shipment
  • Supported ports: Yantian, Shekou, Nansha (Shenzhen/Guangzhou)
