Company History
Green Living was launched in 2023 as a dedicated pet furniture manufacturing brand — but our roots run much deeper. We are part of a manufacturing group founded in 1988 with over 30 years of expertise in wood processing, MDF furniture production, and international export. What began as a household goods and hanger manufacturer has evolved into a diversified group with specialized divisions serving global markets.
The launch of Green Living represents a strategic focus: take three decades of manufacturing know-how, supply chain relationships, and quality systems, and channel them entirely into pet furniture. From day one, we've been built on a foundation that most new brands spend years trying to establish — experienced workers, established supplier networks, certified production facilities, and long-standing customer relationships across 30+ countries.
Today, with manufacturing facilities spanning over 150,000 square meters across China and Malaysia, Green Living produces premium MDF and engineered wood pet furniture for brands across North America, Europe, and Australia. We combine the stability of a 30-year manufacturing group with the agility and focus of a dedicated OEM pet furniture supplier.

Manufacturing Footprint
Green Living operates two strategically located production facilities, giving our clients flexible sourcing options and supply chain resilience. Our dual-factory model allows us to serve customers with optimized logistics, competitive pricing, and tariff-advantaged production.
China Factory
Located in Guangxi Province, our China facility is the group's original production base, established in 1988. With over 100,000㎡ of production space and 350+ skilled workers, this factory combines decades of woodworking expertise with modern automated equipment. The pet furniture division operates dedicated production lines within this larger manufacturing complex, benefiting from the group's established infrastructure, supplier relationships, and quality management systems.
Malaysia Factory
Opened in 2023 alongside the Green Living brand launch, our Malaysia facility is purpose-built for panel furniture and pet furniture production. Located in a strategic industrial zone, this 50,000㎡ factory enables tariff-advantaged exports to the United States and Canada under Malaysia's favorable trade agreements.
Production Capacity
Our manufacturing infrastructure — built and refined over three decades — is designed for scale. We operate industry-leading equipment and maintain rigorous quality control systems to ensure every piece of pet furniture meets international standards.
CNC Machines
12 automated CNC machining centers for precision cutting, drilling, and shaping of MDF and particle board panels. Our CNC capability ensures consistent dimensions across every production batch.
Edge Banding Lines
8 fully automatic edge banding lines applying PVC, ABS, and veneer edges with hot-melt adhesive technology. All edges are trimmed, scraped, and buffed for a seamless finish.
Packaging Lines
5 dedicated packaging lines handling flat-pack and assembled products. We support standard export packaging, Amazon FBA-compliant packaging, and custom retail-ready packaging.
QC Inspection
Multi-stage quality control: incoming material inspection, in-process checks, pre-packing inspection, and random final audit (AQL 2.5). Each QC station is staffed by trained inspectors.
Warehousing
20,000㎡ of covered warehouse space for raw material storage, work-in-progress buffering, and finished goods staging. Climate-controlled storage protects materials from humidity.
