I was happy with both the ordering operation as well as the final product. What wasn't really keen for this endeavor was the delivery estimation vs. the actual delivery date - so if you were actually trying to time it (it was important -as a gift) you probably can't use their estimation delivery time.

The wood is very attractive and smooth. There is no plastic on the brush head like most other brushes! the bristles are sturdy yet firmness, perfect for the skin. I just started dry brushing as a recommendation from my masseuse. This brush is great!
